Holistic Health Coaching is an integrative approach to both diet and lifestyle changes which enhances your quality of life. I work as a guide to encourage you towards an overall healthier life, we will look into nutrition, patterns, relationships, physical fitness, spirituality, and more.

I see the body as a ‘whole’ integrated system that is always seeking to find homeostasis. When one aspect of ourselves is out of balance, the entire system is unbalanced and can lead to inflammation, leaky gut and even autoimmunity. In order to heal we must consider all layers of our being including our physical, emotional and mental health. . Addressing the body from a holistic (whole) perspective we can uncover the root-cause to some of these underlying issues and create a treatment plan to manage, reverse and heal these parts of ourselves leading to better quality of life and happier, healthier relationships.

Practitioners use their hands and forearms in long flowing strokes along and under the whole body and can apply both soft and deep tissue massage. Music, draping and cleansing rituals are used to enhance the effects of this very healing massage.

Bree Naomee combines the powerful healing techniques derived from Zen Thai Shiatsu, Meridian Yoga Therapy & Intuitive Body/Mind & Heart sessions that are intentionally focused on guiding you towards optimal health and vitality.

Meridian Yoga Therapy/Zen Thai Shiatsu are floor based massage techniques that address the whole body and mind connection using the ancient wisdom and healing techniques from Traditional Chinese Medicine, Yoga, Mindfulness and Meditation. The Meridian pathways have correlated emotions and organs and have specific healing points to bring the body and mind into balance. These therapeutic sessions are custom designed and created for unique individual needs to address the root causes of muscular pains or aches, to stress, digestive issues or emotional blockages impeding one to enjoy their life fully.

Bree Naomee is a certified and trained therapist in MYT, Zen Thai Shiatsu Therapy, Yoga, Qi Gong, Energy Healing & Holistic Therapies with over 12 years experience. Bree integrates these modalities to address the specific needs of her clients. She is well known for her wealth of wisdom, passion for the healing arts and compassionate heart.

In modern times, much of our physical pain comes from problems in the mind and emotions. The ancient philosophies like Yoga and Chinese medicine are sophisticated systems that offer maps of the body, mind and soul, a different kind of anatomy that acknowledges the physical as well as the emotional.

Bel is passionate about healing in a multi-dimensional capacity, using the power of movement, sound, and bodywork. She strongly believes that the art of touch is incredibly powerful when it comes to creating a sense of connection and a safe, supportive space for healing of the mind, body, and spirit. Bel loves to help create awareness about how our thoughts and emotions can affect us physically, and also how our bodies can share powerful stories if we know how to listen. Our bodies constantly give us clues as to where we need to focus our attention in order to thrive! "Where the focus goes, the energy flows!"

As a natural nurturer, Bel loves nothing more than facilitating deep healing for both herself and her clients. She’s passionate about using bodywork, body-mapping, sound, energy, and vibrational healing to help each person access their innate inner wisdom and become more empowered in their own healing journey.

Bel adores working one-on-one with individual clients, but also can‘t wait to expand her offerings so that she can cater to larger groups in wellness workshops and retreats. When working one-on-one with clients, Bel intuits what’s needed in each healing session. What feels right for this moment? Each session is different and calls for a deeper understanding of how the emotional, physical, and spiritual bodies are so wonderfully interconnected. Bel is passionate about supporting you on your unique journey towards self-healing, alignment, and harmony for optimal health and wellbeing.
