Tapping into your insights through journal writing

A wonderful way to discover more about yourself is to journal. Journalling is a powerful tool to gain insight into emotions that may arise when we stop and relax.

There are many forms of journalling available but our favourite is automatic writing. Like a meditation with free flowing words pouring onto paper. Relaxing your body, you begin with a questions and just write, with no concern regarding punctuation, spelling or grammar and most importantly if anyone is going to see it.

Journalling is for you and your own self analysis. It's amazing what arises when you let the words flow freely. If you feel the need to let go of the written word as a form of transformational ritual, our wood fired sauna is the perfect option.
